How to raise a concern or a complaint.
If you have a concern please raise this with either the class teacher or Headteacher, in the first place. If you feel the issue remains unresolved the next step is to make a formal complaint to the Headteacher and/or the Chair of Governors. The procedure in the Complaint Policy shown here will be followed.
